As a first time home buyer I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone other than Jason. Initially I was dreading the process of searching for and purchasing a home but Jason made it very enjoyable and I will honestly miss working with him.

The whole process lasted about 6 months as we hit some major obstacles along the way. We were under contract on a home and found out a week before we were supposed to close (10 days before our lease was up) that we wouldn't be able to purchase the home due to complications on the sellers side. Jason's expertise and communication skills paired with his willingness and availability to show us homes with less than a days notice played a huge role in us finding the perfect home before our lease was up!

Jason's communication is instantaneous no matter the time of the day or day of the week. It is very apparent that he prides himself on excellent customer service and putting his clients needs above everything else. I will certainly use Jason for every real estate venture moving forward. He has earned my trust and I would highly recommend you give him the opportunity to earn yours as well!

Jason has been awesome from beginning to end. Our first house when we first move to JC he moved swiftly in providing us a list of houses that fit our wants and price ranges along with being able to show us houses at a moments notice. He also assisted in the sale of that house and the purchase of current house. His knowledge and and flexibility were a big help to allow us to get into our new home. Jason is in the process of helping my husband and me sell our home. Every step of the way, he has handled this matter with the utmost professionalism and care. He came to our house with a sales plan, complete with a list of comparable homes and a recommendation for listing price. The pictures and virtual tour of our home are outstanding – not haphazardly thrown together as some listings are. He promptly responds to email and has kept me in the loop even though I am out of the area. Most importantly, he has been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work.
