Wanda has a special understanding of elderly people who are selling and moving, gaining this when she took care of her mother-in-law for four years in her home. She understands some of the challenges they face when making transitions after living many years in one home. This can be especially difficult when they need to sort through many items, prepare a home for sale, and move to a new home. Wanda helps seniors to build a team of family and professionals who can help make this transition easier.

Since Wanda has lived in India and Mexico and has a variety of experience with internationals. She is patient and understanding with second language speakers and newcomers to California. Her love for people bubbles over as she works with them. Clients find her encouraging and kind.
Wanda’s family brings her joy. She loves hiking and traveling with her husband. She enjoys watches her oldest son, Daniel, help youth through MyLifeMyPower and her second son, married to gorgeous Lindsay, who’s a wonderful husband and father as well as a psychiatrist. She loves seeing her beautiful grandchildren's adventures.
