Sammi is a great Real Estate Agent and knows the local housing market. She found me the perfect home that checked off all the boxes on my want list. She thought outside the box when I needed a analyst and was honest enough to consult her network for ideas and answers to things she wasn't absolutely sure of. She listened to my concerns, was always available to calm my nerves, and answer any questions I had. Sammi paid great deal attention to details and stepped up to the plate when the sellers realtor was not as honest as he could have been and put my needs first! Like a Great Dane... She walks with refined confidence and commanding presence but if your foolish enough to to cross her she will show her loyalty with knowledge and tenacity. She will be your advocate from the beginning of the transaction to the end and beyond.

As a first time home buyer, I entered the market with many questions. Sammi stepped up and walked me though the entire home buying process with knowledgeable answers and a friendly attitude. Obviously this is all part of the job when you are a real estate agent, but I felt as though Sammi really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Sammi to anyone looking for an agent!

Sammi did a great job assisting me with my home buying process. She went above and beyond the scope of most real estate agents. As I was not in the area at the time, she was able to perform a video showing, so that I could make a decision to buy my new home. In my absence, Sammi was able to complete several other functions that had to be managed before I returned. My experience with her was enjoyable, and I would recommend her for your next home buying experience.
