Michael helped us secure a construction loan, which was a long and complicated process due to the restrictions with our land purchase. He worked with us closely over the period of several months to ensure our loan closed at the best rate possible at the time, despite the inherit complexities associated with construction loans. We were in good hands with Michael and I would definitely recommend him and PNWFCU for construction loans.

After having a really terrible experience with another refinance company it was really nice to have someone who actually worked for us. Michael was professional and helped us walk through everything so that we understood every step from applying all the way to the end. Because of our bad experience with the other place we had a lot of anxiety but Michael was patient and made this experience so much better. He was always there to answer any questions we had.

He is always so patient and happy answer any questions I have, even down to the legal terms or mortgage jargon I don't understand. He is also good to give me all the PROS and CONS of each option along with possible risks that I need to consider. Anytime I need loan mortgage advice I go to him. Michael was absolutely great! He was able to help us gather the necessary documentation for our loan quickly so we were able to close in less than 39 days! That is no small feat. He is organizing, knowledgeable and calming. He was on task and matter of fact so that everything was completed as needed. Actually, before needed. I would use him again and again. We will be transferring our finances to PNWCU we are so satisfied with Michael and everyone we felt with.

Michael was very knowledgeable, as we had a rather unique situation affecting our loan application. He was very helpful in all ways, even though the loan process was lengthy for us. He was also very friendly and always got back to us in a timely manner. He kept us apprised each step of the way. He acted on behalf of me as a valued member of the credit union. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would give Michael an 11!

He made sure all questions were answered and kept us informed of his back ups when he was out of the office.
