I've been working for Amerifirst little under a year now and I honestly couldn't see myself working for another company. From the beginning I was welcomed with open arms and treated with the most respect. I was looking for a company to really support me and help me get to the next level professionally. And Amerifirst is that company for me. I have learned so much these past few months and it's all because of the support I have at the Ontario branch. So thank you to this wonderful company and everyone at the Ontario for really guiding me and giving me to tools to become successful in this industry.

To become a great loan officer, you must have a great team to support the business. This is the company to do so. Processing, Underwriting and Funding is Awesome in there performance and turn around times. My business is very important and within my branch, you are not just another loan officer but you are part of the Amerifirst Family. We help each other when needed and definitely, Rob and Chad and the staff are there in helping our business to grow. I have been with Amerifirst Financial for a little over a year and I am very happy with the way this company is operated. Management is very accommodating when it comes to prioritizing and assisting in helping us close loans quickly and efficiently. The turn times for Underwriting, Docs and Funding are always quick and consistent. I am definitely happy that I made the move to come and be apart of such a great team.

I love working for Amerifirst Financial. I started three years ago, with absolutely zero real estate agents or any referral systems. I have grown my book of business and have 5 solid realtors who feed me leads! I was able to accomplish this because of the great support of my Branch Managers and staff. I have worked in the loan business for over 15yrs and I can tell you I’ve never worked with a better group of Processors & Underwriters who help you succeed every step of the way! AmeriFirst Financial is a great company to be employed with as a loan originator. They give us the tools needed to be a step ahead of our competition and to be at the forefront of technology & products that help us originate more loans. AmeriFirst has by far the best Ops in the business! No position is too high in the company to get involved in helping on a loan or helping a loan officer grow their business by extending their experience and ideas to help the loan officer grow.

I have been with about 5 different mortgage companies in my 13 years in the business. AmeriFirst Financial is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. The company truly cares about each individual employee and management makes it their primary goal to surround its loan originators with every single resource needed to be successful. They strive to provide employees with numerous loan programs and marketing materials that makes us stand out to all our real estate agents, builders, and referral partners, which definitely separates us from the competition. With everything AmeriFirst offers from low rates, competitive comp plans, fast closings, loan support, and an experienced, helpful team from the top down, it’s a no brainer . I have seen my personal production increase every year in the 4 years since I started here and do not envision working anywhere else.

Working for Amerifirst Financial is awesome, really. I can’t say enough about how well it’s been to work with such wonderful professionals these past 7 months. I see now that our team has really been built into a family that works as one and shows the drive into each loan that comes our way.
