Shawn and his team at NextHome are as good as it gets. Shawn made the entire process easy. He explained each step of the process along the way and was always immediately responsive to all questions. He offers advice while, at the same time, leaving the seller in complete control.
From listing to staging and cleaning and showing the home, not a day passed that Shawn and his team were not actively working to get our home sold. Shawn offers a comprehensive service talking care of everything and making the process very easy for the seller. After the deep cleaning and staging process, your house will look so good, you may not want to sell it.
The NextHome professional photography including drone imaging and 3D virtual tour and website are very impressive.
Shawn is very well connected is the area, and was always able to quickly find people to help us with everything needed to get our home ready for sale.
Shawn is alway working and uses his personal time and social media to search for prospective buyers.
Overall, the process of selling our home with Shawn Carroll was quick and easy. Ultimately, he got us a great selling price for our home and we couldn't be happier with the process. It was a 5 star experience in every ways.

I was visiting my son in Montrose for a weekend. Both decided to check the web for houses in sale. There were a few we liked. So we sent a message, a few minutes passes and Shawn Caroll responded. We make an appointment for next day. They showed us a few houses and we got interested in one. That afternoon we had the sales contract . This agency was extraordinary. The assisted us every step until closing. Presently, we got the house in less than three months. We are very grateful for their assistance. They are honest and very reliable. Thank you Shawn Caroll.

Incredibly patient with us and our specific requirements. Impressed us the first time we met as Shawn had ideas for the perfect house with the perfect setup. Unfortunately our timeline changed which caused a scramble looking for the right property. We found a place that met our requirements and closed quickly. Shawn and Tammy kept track of details and if I ask for information from the sellers, they could normally get back to me right away. We are very excited to live in Montrose now! We currently live out of state, and had put off buying a house in Colorado thinking it would be hard and a lot of work on our part. Shawn and Tammy made the whole process very simple. They took the time to get to know us, and learn what we were looking for. Then they went to work finding houses. Since we were doing this from out of town, they would go to properties and do a video walk through with us. When we was able to come to Colorado to look at properties in person, they were very flexible with our schedule. By far the easiest and nicest people we have worked with in many many years!

I recommend Shawn Carroll and his wife Tammy to you for assistance with your next real estate transaction. They were always organized, upbeat, helpful and timely. They kept the paperwork to a minimum. Best of all, of course, they sold our home by bringing potential buyers to our home immediately after several offers fell through (as interest rate started to rise).
