Amy is truly amazing! I was introduced to her through a referral and she easily exceed my expectations. Being new to the area, Amy took the time to understand my needs in a new home and began working on finding me homes. She was extremely easy to schedule with and did a fantastic job on working through the closing documents. Hands down, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I knew we liked Amy as soon as we met her, but my favorite thing about Amy was when I asked how many clients she works with at a time, she said she cares more about quality than quantity, and she clearly showed it. She was completely engaged, easily available and absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did she hold our hand every step of the way, but she made the entire process incredibly easy. This was my third home purchase and third realtor I have worked with and she was by all means my absolute favorite. I cannot say enough about how awesome she is!!

I don’t know where to start. We were trying to sell a house in Rhode Island and buy a house 3082 miles away sight unseen. It was not going to be an easy task and I am a Realtor. We found Amy and she was willing to take on our crazy plan. She found us the perfect condo and we put all of our trust in her and she was right! She was super responsive and very honest with us which is very important to me. The best part of this whole deal is that we ended up with a new friend in our new city!

Amy was fantastic in helping our daughter both sell her old house and buy a new house. Amy had great insights into a lot of little things that really helped make the original house sparkle. Amy not only suggested things but also helped implement some of the ideas.
Amy did a great job of filtering new houses. She pointed out many things that our daughter had not thought of and this was really helpful. Amy was not interested in finding just any house and instead focused on finding the perfect house which she did.
You would be lucky to have Amy help you either sell your house or find a new one!

But then we had the luck of meeting Amy at an open house, and I'm so grateful we did, because she was a tremendous resource to us throughout the process. She didn't try to show us homes that were out of our price range or throw a whole bunch of random listings at us. She actively listened to our wants and needs, showed us houses that helped inform our final decision, asked insightful questions, coached us through every step of the way, and without fail proved incredibly responsive. Amy is very knowledgeable in her ability to direct the preparation of the home for sale, having professional photos taken, holding an open house and following through on the sale after an offer is received and accepted. We were referred to Amy by our loan officer, and I can't thank both of them enough for all their help and hard work. As a first time home buyer we did not know where to start, what was needed or even what we were looking for in a home. All I wanted was a big yard for my kids and Amy was there to help answer my questions. She listened to what our needs were since we have such a huge family and explained what steps were coming next. We were downsizing from a larger home in Vancouver WA, and selected Amy because of her expertise, personality/demeanor, and focus. We were looking for someone who would work with us patiently, yet diligently through all the various options to help us narrow the search to the best home for us. From our very first meeting, Amy was focused on us and our requirements. She listens well and was quick to adjust the profile of home we were looking for. We found the home for us quickly--within a week or two of serious looking. Once we selected the home, her strength in process and back office activity was extremely helpful. From negotiations, to finding the best mortgage company for our needs, to attending to all the details required to close on a home, she was on it. She attended every meeting and every walk-through. And, she continually added value throughout the process, providing guidance and recommendations that were deeply appreciated, especially when things felt overwhelming at times!
