Updating my review 3 years later as I want to continue my ringing endorsement after the latest home close.After a great experience with JVM closing on a townhome in 2020, we decided to work again with JVM this time around. Competitive rates will always be a key factor when choosing a lender (which they have), but its the experience and support provided that really positions them as a standout lender.Their team structure, communication style, and sophisticated portal are thoughtfully designed to enable lightning speed response rates (critical in the bidding and closing process), proactive support, and highly transparent processes that are clear and easy to understand. With an expedited closing process, they still managed to move even faster and the experience on our end has been painless. I cant recommend JVM enough to any prospective homebuyer. 5 stars all around!

I only have great things to say... the team at JVM thoroughly educates buyers, is quick to respond to calls and emails, they do pre-underwritten preapprovals which local agents know is gold... but moreover, their reputation preceeds them. JVM, where do I begin? Oh, I know! They are the best team that make it very seamless for agents and clients. I began using them in recent months when I moved teams and let's say I wish I found out about them much sooner. Working with Aaron and Victor, these two are the dream team. Whenever I had questions or my clients had questions not only where they both fast to respond but they rolled out the red carpet and provided a 5-star limo service ride. My clients were able to get their offer accepted in this competitive market with a fast 15 days close all thanks to Aaron and Victor. So if you are sleeping on using them then your loss because even my other clients say they love that their very communicative and their interface is very user friendly which is not the type of experience you run into with any other lending company. Yes, yes, I am a Realtor in the SF East Bay. I work with a lot of great lenders, that do a great work, and come through to save the day and make dreams happen... JVM is one of my creme de la creme lenders. They *consistently* provide GREAT service. They *consistently* have GREAT communication... not just to my buyers, but to me also. I frequently need to get in touch with my buyerss lender to make sure I can make the deal happen and move things along and make sure my buyers close on the home. All my buyers *consistently* love working with them. When, Im working my sellers to sell their house, I know that if I receive a buyers offer with a JVM pre-approval letter attached... that buyer is S.O.L.I.D. I can go on and on, but long reviews are boring. Suffice to say... JVM Lending is a freakin LENDER NINJA.

It's understandable why they are a 5 star rating. Excellent rates and service. I've done many purchases and refi's and they are by far the best. Great response time, follow up, and are proactive to anticipate anything that might come up. A key differentiator is that they pre-underwire loans for faster close times for purchases. They also have a number of investors they use to get the best rates. Have highly recommended to many people.
