In placing our townhome on the market, I thought it would be somewhat of a challenge due to the location. But we had wonderful success in selling our unit, with multiple offers asking a significant amount over the asking price. Thanks to Arvin’s experience and knowledge, we were able to increase the selling value of our unit, and also avoid time-consuming pitfalls during contract reviews. In one example, we decided to accept an offer only to find out the person had sent out multiple offers on different homes, and was already in contract! Before we began the process of moving forward on the sale, Arvin thankfully checked into this offer, the realtor, and the lender, which is how we found out about this unethical circumstance. It saved us valuable time and a headache. In another example, Arvin noted the type of loan in one of the offers was not acceptable at the Townhome Community and therefore would have been rejected in the end, again, saving us time and energy. The buyer’s realtor didn’t even notice or have knowledge of this limitation. There were many instances where Arvin’s expertise and attention to detail had really made the sale transaction quick and painless. His professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of the industry greatly contributed to the wonderful experience we encountered. We would definitely refer our family, friends, and neighbors, as well as use his services in the future.
