She explained the Pro's and Con's of each open house visited and gave valuable insights. Anita Mohite helped us to understand how much we have to offer and why. After we went into contract Anita Mohite kept us updated every single day by email, text and phone call about the progress of the process at every stage. Anita Mohite negotiated with the selling agent to get minor works done in the house before the escrow and pushed to complete things on time. Anita Mohite also has good connections in the field and helped us to get necessary information sometimes the same day. Anita is truly the best! She is knowledgeable, experienced, and communicative. She has integrity, commitment, and a great heart, which are qualities I never expected to find in a realtor.

I met Anita in a open house and I really liked the way that she followed-up with me afterwards to understand my requirements and helping me in buying my first house.Also the way that she worked with seller’s agent to get me the house is very commendable. I tried working with few other agents in the past, but she is the one who is very honest in her opinion about a house and is not pushy for you to make an offer so that she can get you "some" house and make her margin. She puts herself in the buyer’s shoes. Overall I felt very comfortable working with her.
