THEN...came the hurdle that was certainly the death of our deal we had been working so hard on. Sara is a pleasure to work with! I particularly enjoyed how organized and prepared she is along with the customized property folders she prepared for me which included info on the properties we were heading out to visit. Since I did not always have the flexibility to travel to Fort Myers to view properties Sara was kind enough to go view properties and have me on the line via FaceTime or via video....she went above and beyond and I truly appreciated that.

Even after the sale was completed on the property Sara made sure I was prepared to venture into the next step in the process which included loads of information on establishing utilities for the home which was SUPER helpful since again live out of state.

I hope to work with Sara again in the future and will definitely recommend her services to family & friends!
