Jennifer has now helped us multiple times when needing to buy and sell our home. I would use her again if I still lived in Texas. She was attentive to our needs and kept our best interest in mind. My husband and I showed up to an open house after the freeze in 2021 totally beaten from not having water or electricity at our apartment complex, no real money in our accounts and desperately wanting a safe place of our own. Covid was complex and once we started putting in offers, we kept getting outbid. Jennifer still found a house and managed everything even when the appliances were taken. She knows her stuff and is good at what she does.

I started out with Jennifer back in March. We knew we were going to be moving within 6 months. When the time came she was out of town. She handed it over to Jada Jennings. Jada was fantastic. We had a couple of issues with the sale of our home back in Kansas and she was along for the craziness. She made me feel great about the process and was awesome in helping me find my new home!

Jennifer Jennings is outstanding in every way! She helps you figure out what it is you are looking for, if you aren't sure. She is honest with you, even if it isn't what you want to hear. She is willing to work with you as long as needed to find what you are looking for. We bought our first house here in College Sation, TX with Jennifer and are now looking to build a new home. She helped us find the perfect piece of land and is still working with us to find the right builder. She is even willing to work with us to make sure we get all we want/need on the spec sheet with the builder. She is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind.
