I would encourage anyone wanting to buy a home to contact Tanya Scott. We have never dealt with a realtor or bought a home before. She was patient and kind helped with every question we had. We went through unexpected difficulties on a few different homes before finally closing on our new home. Along that journey Tanya continued to keep us informed and encouraged us to not give up. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tanya, is by far the best woman you will work with. As a new home owner she was right there. She listened to our wants and our needs and she showed us several properties, that fit! We found our home and she never hesitated once when answering a question. My husband and I had no idea what the steps to the sale were and she informed us throughout. She never let us settle for less than perfect dream home. 5 stars just isn’t enough to give!

Three keys to having Tanya Scott as your go to real estate agent. Trust, integrity, and professionalism. The property closed in matter of a few weeks for quick turnaround. Tanya was not only helping me with price point of the property, but was willing to listen to financial goals of the property in reference to restoration. She was willing to share some of her own resource people to get things done. My daughter, who works in the mortgage industry introduced me to Tanya. Not only has Tanya sold a property for my daughter but Tanya sent her flowers for appreciation for the purchase of my property. The only thing that disappointed me is I still haven’t seen any flowers coming at my doorstep. LOL.
