Johnny was a fantastic real estate agent and we are so grateful to have crossed paths with him! He was always so receptive to what we were looking for and was incredibly responsive. We know that what we were looking for was not the easiest find but that never deterred Johnny--he was always out on the look for houses that fit our style/profile and happy to take any feedback we gave in his stride. Johnny is a very hard-worker and will always strive to get back to your texts/calls as soon as he can (and usually, it's within the hour!). Additionally, given that we are first time house-owners, I cannot express how thankful we are for Johnny's patience and willingness to help us through every aspect of the process, answering each and every question we would bring up. It is clear that Johnny's aim is to always put the interests of his clients first--he has always looked out for us and would give us his professional opinion if he was concerned about something. Johnny was great he was more than willing to show us any and every house we wanted to look at and there were a lot and all over the place. He was also willing to show us houses outside of town. Once we began the closing process there were a lot of issues not on our end but no matter what happened Johnny always made sure that we were kept updated on what was going on and really took care of us.

From the very beginning, Johnny was very knowledgeable about the market in our area. He was very straight forward with us and didn't beat around the bush. He originally tried to help us find a rental home for additional income. That endeavor did not end up working out for us financially so we stopped looking. We then found out we had to move about 6 months later. We decided to use Johnny again to sell our home in College Station because he did such a great job trying to find us a rental property. He did a wonderful job selling our home! Although it did take longer than we expected because of the market, he did everything in his power to get potential buyers to come view our home. He did an AMAZING job and would definitely recommend him.

Johnny really went above and beyond on our real estate deal. He was always willing to drive the hour and a half drive to show us houses and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. There were many unexpected issues with this home, and Johnny worked diligently on each one. He even got double the amount for repairs for us than the seller wanted to give. Johnny is very friendly, personable and professional. It was a pleasure working with him.

Johnny is an honest, hardworking man who truly cares about his clients!! Before we moved he sent us new house listings in our price range everyday so by the time we moved we had alot of options!! He was very professional and knowledgeable!! He answered endless questions from us, and made our first house buying experience really fun and the process so simple and easy!! I have known Johnny for almost 20 years as we attended A&M together and were friends back then as well. It just so happens that my parents owned a homeplex in Byran that we recently completely remodeled. We decided to put it on the market and immediately called Johnny to get the process started for us. He is knowledgeable, creative and moved quickly. He scheduled the pictures, posted the listing and had one side contracted within 2 hrs, the other less than 20 minutes after listing. He's a pro in the real estate business, highly recommend.

We were first time home buyers so we had a lot to learn. Johnny was very helpful for us throughout the process of searching. He knew the type of home we were looking for and was thoughtful in sending us examples that met that criteria. When we found the home we were looking for, he provided helpful tips in how to craft the offer and present ourselves in a way that gave confidence to the seller in our offer and who we were while also enabling us to negotiate a price that made sense for us. Both my wife and I asked a lot of questions a long the way and Johnny was more than willing to answer them all in a way that made sense to us. He also helped connect us with a financing group that gave us a better deal than we were able to find on our own! When it came down to the closing pieces, Johnny fought for us to make sure we received the best deal and concessions possible. He came through in the clutch and we were very impressed. We'd certainly recommend him.

Johnny was great to work with. We initially met when I was interested in a house I saw online. We met in person to spend a day looking at houses. I found one right away, and we were able to start the paperwork process immediately. Everything went incredibly smooth and without a hitch. I've been in my house for a month now. He gets the job done!

I would like to say that Johnny Horton was so nice and professional to work with. He took our comments and budget and did everything he could to help us find a new home.
