I have nothing but good things to say about Desiree!

Desiree came highly recommended, and I can understand why. First of all, Desiree is so nice and very accommodating, especially with her time. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and always let us know what our options were. She really knew what we were looking for and ended up finding us a gorgeous home.

It's always hard when you think the world of someone. I've met a lot of realtors in my life but nobody comes close to her. She knows how to put the business aside and be a fantastic human being first. She truly feels and treats you like family. As far as the business side, I would take her into battle anytime anywhere. PS, I don't write many reviews.

Desiree is the best, flat out. Not just kind, personable and professional- she actually knows what she is doing. She has the experience and knowledge to ensure that you get in your home!

I cannot say enough about the amazing professional Desiree is. Desiree helped with both our home sale, and the purchase of our new home in July of 2020. She is full of personality, knows her business, is professional and exemplifies customer service. She was available to us at all hours and made us feel like we were her only clients. Given how busy I'm sure she is, that was no small feat. I recommend Desiree without reservation and can assure anyone looking to buy or sell a house that she would be perfect for you!

Desiree has helped me purchase two homes and sell two homes. She is the best. She knows this business inside and out and always goes the extra mile for her clients. Desiree makes me feel like I have a friend in the process who I can trust to look out for my best interests. One of my homes sold in one day and the other only took a week. I don’t know that I can adequately express how wonderful Desiree is, but here goes!
First of all, our communication began months before we came out to Chattanooga to look at properties in person, and she was always extremely responsive and informative. That communication established the relationship that gave me the confidence to trust Desiree as our agent/broker, especially in this very competitive market. When we came out here, the inventory was beyond low, but Desiree drove us around, showed us all the properties we were interested in, and then some, and also toured us around the area and showed us everything from schools, to favorite stores, restaurants, and bakeries, as well as other points of interest. We zeroed in on Signal Mountain as the place we wanted to purchase our home, and even though there were so few homes on the market, she was able to show us 3 wonderful options that each had tremendous appeal. But when we saw the third one, it was like love at first sight- we fell head over heels and could hardly believe she found such a perfect home for us. It was truly my dream property, farm land, screened porch and all! From that point on, she continued to work hard for us, from the inspection to the closing, and all the details in between. Desiree is sharp, attentive, professional, and also extremely kind. I think she is basically an angel from above! We really feel so lucky to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

We have moved Many many times this time we were extremely fortunate to discover Desiree. She is amazing she is professional she is the most helpful person I’ve ever had and is a wealth of information I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Desiree does what others cannot, both on the selling side and when buying. She thinks of things that most people wouldn't consider, and is very protective of her clients, both emotionally and financially. Owning a home is a big deal, and it seems like there are limitless pitfalls and things that can go wrong. She has guided me through four different transactions, two buying and two selling, and I'm extremely impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, patience and tenacity. She's the best!

Desiree was simply a blessing to come into our lives to assist with the sale of our existing home, and the purchase of our forever home. Desiree has an extensive background in all facets of real estate. She walked us through the entire process and gave us the reassurance and confidence we were in experienced hands. The house went on the market in January 2020. She employed a full-on and very impressive marketing approach. This was exactly what we needed since our home was not the easiest sale being in a remote mountain community. Desiree communicated every step of the way and worked tirelessly. In less than a month we had a contract! Then, the following week, Desiree was able too find our new home in a very desirable location in Chattanooga. One of the main jobs of a real estate agent is to calm nerves and set expectations during normal times. Desiree expertly guided us through the sale and purchase process in very different times with the pandemic looming.
In the end, we knew we had The Best Agent in Chattanooga, and a friendship that will last forever. Desiree was fantastic to work with!

Where to start, Desiree bring such a positive attitude to the market of a home buying or selling. Her years of wisdom in the field flows naturally into dealing with obstacles, deadlines or just helpful nuggets in the process. She keeps in touch making you feel at ease and including you in what feels more like a team effort. After dealing with many realtors over my life living in 3 different states and multiple homes in each she is by far my favorite realtor. Can’t say enough good things about her. Do yourself a favor and work with Desiree on your next sell or buy you won’t regret it.

I recently bought some investment property in Chattanooga. I was dealing with some impossible deadlines. Desiree played a high part in getting information to me and from me. I feel that this wouldn’t have gone smoothly if she hadn’t been there to guide me through. She is excellent at what she does.

Desiree was wonderful. She made the entire process easy from beginning to end and answered all of our questions big and small. She continues to be a big help even after the move recommending people from her experience to work on certain things. She made sure everything was taken care of and the fact that she participates in the Homes for Heroes Program was great too. We would highly recommend her.

Desiree is the best there is. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, and is always communicative. She helped get our house ready to list with her amazing team, and we were under contract within 3 weeks. Desiree leaves no stone unturned. She is proactive in finding listings for us, and is super friendly to boot! I simply cannot find enough good things to say about Desiree. If you want to buy or sell a house, she is the realtor you need.

Desiree took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in our new home and found the perfect place for us. Then held our hands through the rigors of a government loan program and introduced us to a great mortgage broker. We have found our forever home where we plan to retire because Desiree would not let us get discouraged or give up. I'm so glad we had her on our team.

Desiree was my Realtor for the sale of my home recently. When I called to make my appointment, she was both courteous and professional in all our conversations.
I was very impressed when I met her for the first time, not only was she on time, but she was ready to go. She patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in an understandable manner.

Her photographer is second to none. The photos were first rate and I had many compliments from my friends and co-workers about the photos. The lighting was just right - and it showed off my home beautifully.
When Desiree uploaded the listing, she went all out. It was on the internet and in several publications. Her descriptions were spot on and marketed the home perfectly.
I am happy to say that from the date she put it on the MLS to our first offer was only 5 days! Not only that, she negotiated and got my full asking price for my house. I could not have been more pleased.
Desiree also walked me through all the necessary steps from signing the offer, to the inspection, to the emptying of the property, to the final walk through.
She checked on me the day before closing, and also called that morning to make sure that I knew where to go to meet for the closing.

We were purchasing a home while still living out fo the area. Desiree was the ONLY realtor I contacted with a question that not only answered that question, but did not call me or email me at all hours without answering the question. Her communication is excellent! When we had to leave to head back to our previous home, she even went to other homes and videoed walkthroughs and sent them to us. She took the time to explain the market in the area, understood all of our needs, and our budget. In addition, she was just fun to work with! If you are looking for a realtor in the area that is EXCELLENT, Desiree is the one. We could not be happier with our experience.
