Wendy is a wonderful agent. She will drop what she is doing to get you in to see the houses you want even without giving her much notice. She is quick to respond and keep you in the loop. If you are looking for a home that fits your needs, your budget, the area you want, whatever it is, Wendy does her best to find exactly what you’re looking for. She is honest, she is not out to make money for herself, her mission is to find you a home that you will love. This is our 4th house in 20 years that Wendy has sold us, and sold several for us as well. She has also sold houses to both of my sons, and has never steered us wrong. She is not just our agent, but she is now a very good friend.

Wendy was terrific in first selling my home, she had a buyer that she felt my place would be a good fit for him. Only one showing and it was sold!! Then she was very patient and informative with me as I started the purchase process. She will do her best to make sure you are happy with your decisions and I always felt like she was looking out for me. Being widowed for almost 3 years, made this process of selling and purchasing scary but Wendy explained everything step by step and kept me updated. I now live within 8 minutes of my children and we have all used Wendy and Sarah as our agents for any realtor needs we've had. I would recommend Wendy to anyone!

Wendy is very professionally and personable at the same time. She is prompt at answering and returning phone calls, which is a pet peeve for me. I can text, but I prefer to talk to someone.
This was a sale of my elder mother's home. She not only answered my mom's questions but kept in touch with me as well. She offered her expert advised on possible outcomes and scenerios but let us make our own decisions.
I met Wendy about 15 years ago. I did not really know her that well; but, she obviously made an impression on me because I remembered her after all this time. She was the first person I called when my mom decided to sell her house.

Thank you Wendy for everything. You can tell you LOVE what you do!! :)

There were some unexpected snags and she walked us through them like a friend and professional and thought of things to check for and write in to protect us- things we wouldn’t have thought of never living in the country!
She is now- not only our realtor, but our dear friend!

Wendy has many years of experience in the real estate business with a very good reputation as being the very best in the business. Having inherited my mother's home at her passing, selling it was a difficult task for me to deal with. Wendy gave me advice every step of the way and I'm very pleased with the outcome of selling the home. She seems to work 24/7 and was always available when I had questions or concerns.
