I am beyond impressed by the negotiation skills that Frank displayed in the course of making this transaction happen. I am an investor and look for deals to rehab and then put back on the market for a profit. 9 out of 10 agents do not know how to navigate this area as I know it can be very time consuming & tedious. Great deals do not just grow on trees and can be hard to find. He saved me a ton of time by putting in the work and putting a few options in front of me. I will definitely be utilizing Frank's services for all my future real estate investment needs.

Frank was absolutely wonderful, he made the whole process of getting my property that I have owned for many years sold & for a price that I was very comfortable with. Again I have had the place for many years and have sentimental attachments to many belongings and he was very patient with me and understanding compared to other agents that I spoke with. I was in a situation where I did not have money to make repairs or remove items from the premises. In the end he helped me get an as is cash offer where I did not have to lift a finger or anything from the premises. Thank you CC
