This is our first experience purchasing a family home and Kelly was exceptional throughout the whole process of our buying this condo. He was thoughtful, diligent, perceptive, and clear with us about expectations, options, and tasks that needed to be accomplished. The process was relatively smooth and easy and, I believe, this was in no small part to Kelly's aptitude as a Real Estate Agent. I would greatly recommend his service to anyone considering buying or selling their property.

Working with Kelly was great. I live 3000mi away. My visit to Michigan was going to be short and I didn’t have a lot of time. I told Kelly what I was looking for and he had a list of properties for me before I arrived. I looked at my top three picks and the decision was easy. SOLD! Even the closing went smoothly with me back in Alaska.

Kelly was great, he bent over backwards to make sure he could work with our schedule when looking at houses. It took us 2 years to finally find our perfect house and not once was Kelly pushy to try to get us to settle for a house that would meet most of our wants and needs. He is very helpful with the whole process and works hard to make sure everything stays on track with the time line you need. I would highly recommend Kelly because even though he has other clients he makes you feel like your the only one.

Oh my, where do I start? Kelly has been absolutely amazing through the whole process. We have been working with him for around 2 years to find the perfect home for our little family and let me tell ya, we were picky. He is so patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Kelly never gave up on us and made sure we found a home that "checked all of our boxes"...even if it took showing us 30 or so homes. Just when we thought he couldn't be any better, he would do something else that was above and beyond. We joke that maybe it took us so long to find the right one because we wanted to keep hanging out with Kelly. He has not only been our agent or realtor but has became a good friend that we hope we haven't seen the last of. I couldn't recommend Kelly any higher. Thank you Kelly, for everything you have done for us. You don't know how much we appreciate you.

Kelly Boyd made our home buying experience fantastic. He was knowledgable, explaining every step of the way, providing information about the area and what to look out for, and knowing all the tips and tools of the trade. He was very communicative, always taking the time to answer our questions and offering advice while letting us make the decisions. Finally, he's a very pleasant personality to work with. Always had a smile and a helpful comment to offer, but was never pushy, like some realtors can be.

We had a very specific list of "wants" and "needs" when looking for a home, and Kelly found the best of all the worlds. We probably didn't make it easy for him, but he worked with that list and helped us find the right home.

We used Kelly Boyd in our real estate transaction in Ann Arbor, MI. Since we were new to the area and moving from out of state, Kelly took videos of the place we were interested in so we could view the place before going there. He met with us on a Saturday morning and we decided to write up an offer. The whole process was smooth and everything was done in a timely manner. He kept in contact with us and our place closed on exactly the day that was in the contract.

In my experience Kelly is a professional and an Ideal realtor to work with, he understands that he is your ambassador to find the right home and get the right deal no matter if your the home seeker or the home seller. Kelly will work in a short term time frame or a long term. His customer will come first!

When it came time to sell our home, Kelly Boyd met with us discussed their unique marketing technique and how the process would go. Everything was explained to us in great detail, and put into motion soon after our initial meeting. Professional photos were taken a few days later and we were ready to go live on MLS. Within 2 days we had already had 8-10 showings scheduled and within 5 days were in a multiple offer scenario. So within 6 days of listing we received an offer at list price without any negotiation. I highly recommend Kelly to list your home, he just "gets it". They understand and cater to your needs as a seller, but also really understand how to list and show your home in order to make buyers feel they have found exactly what they were looking for. If we could give 10 stars we would... Thank you Kelly!

Kelly Boyd (selling agent) pulled it off, big time! He and the team guided us through the entire process—seamless. When we committed to the sales process, Kelly was ready to list our house, and sold our house fast plus we got the house we wanted. He stayed in close contact throughout the process. We don't want to move because we love our new house, but I would not hesitate to let this team handle a future move!
