Kelly is a natural professional sales person especially to detail. Kelly knows the market and provided us with precise knowledge regarding the selling of our home. She was always available for any questions that we had and prompt in answering them. Her high energy matches her personality. We had no problems selling our home with Kelly behind the wheel, obtaining an offer in 1 week. We would not hesitate to use Kelly in any future home sale transactions. We will gladly recommend her to any of our friends when they seek out to get a realtor. Kelly is the best realtor we have ever worked with of any in the past 25-30 years.

Kelly is amazing at what she does. She was personally recommend to us and I am so glad we chose her. As first time buyers we were completely lost in where to begin. Kelly was one step ahead of us throughout this whole process. She made searching for our first home so easy and fun. Not only is she a fantastic realtor, but also an all around great person. Kelly was recommend through a co-worker of mine more than a year ago. My husband and I looked at homes with her and she was so informative and pleasant. Unfortunately we were not able to purchase at that time but stayed in touch for when we would look again. Kelly even checked in with us a few times over the next year to see how things were. In November we started the house hunt again and reached out to have Kelly as our realtor this time as well. Just like before, it was very easy to communicate with her and she was quick with responses. She guided us the entire time, and if she didn't have an answer she would find someone who did for us. In the future if we decide to move again, we will Still use Kelly for her expertise and friendliness. You cannot go wrong.

We could not be more pleased with Kelly and our buying experience!! She was consistently prepared to help us keep moving forward. When we had questions, she had answers, often with documentation already on hand. When we had concerns, she immediately knew how to get us what we needed to feel confident in our decision. Once we made an offer, she completely guided us through what can be the most scary and least exciting part of buying. She was very approachable and always available. As the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) process unfolded, Kelly stayed on top of all the details, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and found ways to inject humor into what can often be a stressful process. She responds almost immediately to text messages and always follows-up on email messages. Kelly also did a great job working with the Closing company to make sure that the title insurance policy and Closing Statement HUD included appropriate costs and credits for the Buyer. If you want an agent that knows her stuff and works hard for her clients, Kelly Fici is the person you want!
