Carol Ann is an original-- a native of the DeSoto County area -- and has lived in Hernando her entire life! She graduated from Hernando High School and attended Northwest Community College in Southaven.

Before real estate, Carol Ann worked in the banking industry for more than 17 years. Customer service has always been a top priority for her. Building relationships with her banking clients and co-workers has impacted her real estate career more than you could ever imagine.

She is married to Kevin Maxwell and they have 2 children, Luke and Anna Kate. In her spare time, Carol Ann enjoys spending time with her family on their small farm and watching Luke and Anna Kate rodeo.

Since starting the real estate business in 2014, Carol Ann has won numerous awards including Top Producing Rookie of the Year (2015), Master Ruby Award (2016), Master Emerald Award (2017), and Quality Service Award (2017). Carol was a BLESSING TO ME AND MY FAMILY. I literally was about to give up on my home search until I came across Carol by simply searching for recommendations via Facebook and boy did we find a GEM. From the moment we first met and throughout the entire process Carol was on top of everything!! If you are looking for a realtor that cares, a realtor that is assertive and knowledgeable, Carol is for sure the person you need to call on. I never felt like just a number to her which was so important. I could call on Carol about ANYTHING related to the process and she had an answer or got the answer promptly. Carol Ann is one of the finest ladies I know and she is great at anything she sets out to do. She has found success at home as a wife and mother, in the financial world as a bank representative and now as a realtor in the DeSoto County area. You need only read the adoring accolades from client after client to know that she is incredible at her job whether she is selling your house to make your future dreams come true or helping you buy a home to begin your dreams in a new place.

But, you can also ask those of us who know her as a friend and community power house for this area. I have had the pleasure of seeing her in varied situations including some stressful ones like accompanying our Youth group on trips, helping with many events at our church, and interacting with the public to represent her job, her family, her church family and herself well. She remains calm and helpful at all times!

Carol Ann is the best realtor in Desoto County - and I would say, in the entire MidSouth! We have had the pleasure of working with Carol Ann twice: three years ago she represented us as sellers, and we were able to get multiple offers and accept a contract in less than 24 hours after listing!

Fast forward to 2020, and she did an impeccable job representing us as buyers on a new home construction. Little did we know, new home construction is very stressful; but she was there by our side the whole way - for 7 months! When we had questions, she provided honest and informative feedback - and when issues arose (even those after closing), she worked tirelessly to coordinate with the builders and others to get favorable results and action for our concerns. I met Carol several months ago just from an online request to view a home listed by another company and agent. She was away, but followed up and made sure someone was able to show me the home in her absence. The home did not work out after viewing it. But, I told my husband this woman is amazing and I have never even met her - I think we should see if she could be our agent. I saved her phone number and called her a few months later and told her how impressed we were with her follow up and wanted her to be our agent. She probably thought we were a flake because I got nervous and disappeared again - but called back a few months later and asked several questions and she gave me the contact info so that I could get pre-qualified. This was the easiest process EVER and Carol Ann walked beside us every step of the way. I called/texted her almost daily during the process and she was always ready and available. (I tried to give her a break on the weekend...LOL) Carol Ann is a Realtor Rockstar and we are so PROUD to have been her client!

Took my cue on what i was looking for which included schools and ran with it for a TD! Found the perfect house and school district and closing was a breeze thanks to her working with our bank.
