We worked with Elena, as our real estate agent to find the ideal lake property and we worked with her very closely over many months. She did an outstanding job listening to understand what type of property we were seeking and was in constant touch with us as new properties hit the market. We eventually found a lake lot at a fair market price, on an ideal lake. We were successful because Elena took the extra time to understand what we were seeking and she was in constant communication with us, always providing thoughtful advice. Her knowledge of the local market was excellent. When it came time to negotiate, Elena was an unwavering advocate. Her follow-through was outstanding. I would use Elena again in a heartbeat!

We were so impressed by Elena from our very first interaction. She returned our phone calls promptly. She listened to the list of things we were looking for in a lake home and quickly had a list of properties to look at. Her expertise
was apparent as we looked at properties as she could pick out the positive features and the areas of concern of each home. Elena found a lake home that had just gone on the market so we were able to be the first people that looked at it. This was so important as lake property is in such demand.
Elena kept us informed every step of the way. She told us what we should be doing at that time and what we should be looking ahead to do next . She kept us on track so we didn't lose out on buying our dream cabin.
When we had questions she would find out the answer and quickly get back to us. She is very familiar with the area which was very helpful.

I do not believe that we could have found a better, more qualified , more efficient realtor than Elena. We appreciate the time and hard work she put into her job. We highly recommend her. She is excellent!!!
