Vicki was awesome in helping me find just the right rental condo when I first moved to Texas, and again when I purchased a new home a few months later. Vicki was amazing in helping us sell our home! She walked us through the best listing price process, gave us tips on staging our home, and was able to help us have an offer in hand after only one day of it being on the market! At the same time, she helped us with the purchase of our new home (a build in a new development), and was even able to negotiate a better price for us than the already reduced listing price. All while just being a down to earth pleasure to work with.

We had a rental property of many years in Pflugerville and our long-term tenants moved out, leaving the place pretty rough. We were not sure if we should rent again or sell. We initially met with Kelly Pfluger who spent a lot of time answering our questions and he introduced us to Vicki. After running the numbers, Vicki suggested that it might be better for us to rent it out. Can you believe that? A real estate agent telling us it might make more financial sense to rent! That seemed like honesty wrapped up in a blanket of integrity!
After some pretty good remodeling, and not much action on the rental market, we decided to sell. Vicki made it happen quickly. Within a few days, we had a cash offer with a closing in less than a month. Because we live out of state, we were unable to take care of small issues such as the garage door and dishwasher not working. Vicki jumped on it and had everything fixed quickly.
This whole experience went very smoothly. The John Pfluger Realty Team knows this town and the market very well. We highly recommend them. Vicki you're the best!
