Tad and his team did an amazing job. Tad has great vision and they helped us bring our home to its full potential and ready to be put on the market. He was was able to use his many resources to get us through the entire process of selling our home from staging to closing. Tad more than anything else knows his business.
Tad took up for me by representing my best interests even when I wasn’t aware of it. Tad is very busy however at the same time shows restraint as well as patience. I wasn’t always patient. My deal was very small however I felt that it didn’t matter to Tad if it was a large commission or a smaller commission. Tad is honest and trustworthy and I would use Tad again and plan too. Thanks Tad!
