We listed a rental property we owned in Pittsburg, CA with Stephanie. She was wonderful to work with, she did a walk through before the listing and suggested specific repairs that would increase the value of the home and had local professionals to recommend for each of them. Similarly all our inspections were done with people that Stephanie knew and recommended and at reduced costs. She was incredibly responsive, texting and emailing updates constantly, but she was never pushy or over-bearing. I am honestly not sure if she sleeps, but she certainly doesn't leave any doubt about her work ethic. She had great ideas that allowed us to receive multiple offers with the ultimate offer that we accepted being over asking price.
