My wife and I were on a time crunch to find a residents that would accommodate our disabled son. I actually met Jim Hart through one of my Uber passenger after telling her my story. When I explain my situation to Jim, he quickly sent me homes that accommodate our needs.

Jim is a God fearing man, with excellent communication skills, friendly, multi-tasking, and down to earth individual. This was our first home purchase and he made it very easy and stress free.

We recently closed on 3/20/19, and was very concerned because we didn't want to find a temporary place to live, stay in a hotel, or stay with family members.

I was relocating from Arizona to South Carolina and I thought it would be harder than it was. Jim made looking for houses easy and was more than willing to go look at numerous properties. I wasn't able to come see all the properties that I was interested in so he went to look at them. He took excellent videos and gave very objective accounts of how the properties looked. He was always available to answer any question I had, and being a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions.

Jim went beyond the mundane duties required and truly went the extra mile. He rescued us from what could have been a messy and contested closing by contacting another property owner with whom we had issues. He was able to resolve those issues to the satisfaction of all parties so we could have a smooth closing. Truly outstanding professional service.

Jim made the whole process of buying and selling my home so easy! He listened to what I wanted in a house, and found it. The second house I looked at was my dream home. He showed me several others, and we decided to make an offer on it. I told him what I was willing to pay, and after several negotiations, he made it happen. It was the same with the sale of my previous home. He did really great marketing, and before I knew it, it was sold. I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work. If I were in the market for a house, I would definitely use Jim again.
