Lisa worked on my schedule when I came from Colorado for a day to go looking for houses. During the buying process she was in touch with me almost daily. She made sure everything and everyone was moving forward in getting my new home closed. If I ever know of someone needing the best, I will be telling them about Lisa!

Lisa Wilde has been the absolute best for my husband and I. She literally stopped for nothing until she found the home for us! Literally pack a lunch, and bring lots of water. She always answers her phone if needed, and stayed in the same hotel for our Convenience! Lisa has cleared a week just for my husband and I, if she doesn't have an answer for you when you ask, she will get that answer for you ASAP! In our future, buying our selling, Lisa will be the first call I make.

I am a Realtor with another brokerage, and just completed a transaction with Lisa. She was the buyer's agent, and I was the listing agent. She couldn't have been better! She's incredibly kind, hard working, and ethical, but one skill she possesses that truly helps her clients is the ability to fix major issues. On this deal, we were two weeks prior to closing, and the buyer's financing fell apart due to a previous bankruptcy. She called with the news and immediately focused on the solutions she had for the problem. 90% of agents would've simply let the deal fall apart, but she helped her buyer find two other lenders, and the first that approved her ended up closing the deal for us. It took a positive attitude, a focus on solutions rather than problems, and many years of experience to get it done. Thank you so much Lisa, both from me, and my happy sellers!

Lisa is downright amazing. She went WAY beyond the duty of a realtor. She got me in touch with vendors for every type of service I needed within minutes. I started the process of listing while living out of the country and she jumped through hoops to make sure I had everything I needed before I even got to my property. She even offered to go grocery shopping for me if I needed it before I arrived.

Not only is she fantastic at her job she is just a wonderful person in general. She is always kind and has a smile. There were times she was there when I needed a shoulder to cry on or an ear when I needed to vent.

My selling situation was a nightmare and she made everything so much smoother from the moment we met until the last signature on the closing papers.

Please don't even consider researching anyone else. She is everything one person could want when selling or buying a home.
