I give Trisha the highest rating. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market. She has a calm, warm, friendly demeanor but is also assertive and loyal for her clients when necessary. She made the process of selling a house in an unexciting market extremely easy. I own another house and look forward to the time when I will do business with her again.

Trisha knows the island from one end to the other like the back of her hand as far as the real estate market goes. I met with her, told her my price range and what I was looking for, away we went. I was shown nothing I couldn't afford nor nothing that didn't fit my needs. At the end of the first day we had found just the right house and written an offer. She and her whole team saw to it that the whole purchase went smooth even though it was a short sell which I knew nothing about. Great doing business with her!

Trish has worked with us to help us buy a piece of property right next to our current house. She did the research and found the owners wife and worked with her to get the property for us. Now we will have a beautiful pool and garden. Trish is very easy to work with and honest.

When selling or buying a house, working with a trusted agent is extremely important. Generally you find trusted real estate agents through word of mouth, but as more and more consumers look online our options are endless and choosing a realtor becomes more difficult. Trisha was so helpful when we were looking for our first beach house. Her knowledge of the Hatteras Island real estate market is second to none. She knows everybody...and everybody knows her. (this is a bonus) This is a busy lady, but she spent the whole day (unhurried) showing us houses, and didn't quit until we experienced that "Eureka" moment. She is now "Our realtor" and a friend for life.
