He helped us sell our house quickly (we accepted an offer within days and closed in 30 days) and made the process easy and stress-free. Nick was very patient with us looking for our perfect house for about 3-4 months. He was able to get us to the majority of our requested showings; and impressively, scheduled them all in a single day. He was also flexible to add a couple of impromptu showings during the scheduled showings, making those last-minute phone calls.

He guided us in this hot market for things to consider when making a strong offer. He is great at following up with offers, to make sure we have the latest information.

Once we found the house that we really wanted, he went into swift action to make sure everything was squared away. During the closing processes (the waiting period), he made frequent calls to all parties, to ensure our closing date was on time. Even though we missed our closing by 1 day, he still performed his duties to remove the stress from us.
