There were so many aspects of working with Linda Adams that we loved; her knowledge, her energy, her persistence, and most of all the fact that she answered the phone when we called. My husband and I found a house in Santee that we thought we loved. After pulling out of escrow due to the inspection report, we were devastated, to say the least. I called Linda Adams regarding a home listing I was very interested in seeing. She set up an appointment for us to see it the very next day! Met her husband Robby there and loved the place right away. Robby helped us write an offer and I'm so glad Robby was our agent because, you guessed it, an all-cash offer came in competing with us! Ugh. But, Robby was great! He helped us with our counter offer, with proper pricing, negotiations on repairs, lending recommendations, etc. He was always on top of things and available whenever I called.
