Vicky went above and beyond assisting in navigating a very difficult sale due to elements of time, property purchased 65 years ago; incomplete survey of the actually piece of acreage and difficulty title companies but it was completed after two long years!!

I have used Vicky numerous times for many years, and she is the most thorough and professional real estate agent I have ever used. She is excellent with sellers that have existing tenants, and additionally has been a great source for local contractors for maintenance and repair issues. She is absolutely my go to person for anything involving real estate in the Sebastian, Vero, and Indian County area. Highly recommended!!!

When we first decided to buy a house in Florida it was Vicky who not only helped us select a place but she went over the top helping us every step of the way. So when we decided to sell she was the first and only person we went to for help. And again, Vicky was tops every step of the way. Being stuck in NY the whole time was hard for us. Satisfied would be a poor way of describing the help we got from Vicky. She has been an enormous help with the sale of our home from making sure we got the best price to dealing with my outgoing tenants since I do not live in Florida. Once you meet her and have dealings with her you will see why I would give her a 6 star rating if I could. She goes above and beyond helping with difficult situations.
