I started following Gil on IG for about a year watching his videos. I reached out regarding coaching and in our initial conversation, his goals for me where aligned with mines. Gil Ramos gets my highest recommendation as an Real Estate coach and mentor. His unique ability to recognize, understand, and explain Real Estate business relationships has revolutionized my thinking, and most importantly, my actions. If you are struggling in any way, Gil asks you the right questions and narrows in on the core problem. The advice he gives is straight to the point and very easy to understand. He is a fantastic leader and someone you can always reach out to when you have a question or just need some advice. If you haven't attended his classes, you must make a point to do so. Your career will take a turn for the best. Truly the "Tony Robbins" of real estate.
I almost gave up when I started Real Estate. And meeting Gil changed my whole career! He is such an amazing mentor and coach and not only is he there for me through anything I need for being a realtor, he has personally helped me develop myself and my business. I had recently found out I was going to be expecting my first baby in the spring and failure was not an option for me and my family anymore. My husband needed me, my baby needed me, and I needed myself. I met with Gil and told him that I needed a coach. We sat down, strategized, and without me realizing it, Gil ended up being that coach and mentor for me.
He was able to push me out of that rotten mental state where I was at and given me a “dig deeper” mentality that has helped my business skyrocket. He has an ability to quickly zone in on the areas where you are struggling the most within your business and gives you endless ideas on how to turn those areas into the best areas of your business.
Every single time I sit with him I genuinely feel like I have a cheerleader in him. Someone who sees potential in me at times when it’s been hard to see it in myself. Since our first coaching call, I had a record breaking month putting 6 transactions under contract - matching my production for my first year as a whole.

I met Gil at a lunch and learn in 2018, We had a meeting for me to join the brokerage and he looked me in the eye and you there’s a tiger in you and you need to let it out! He is a great broker and an amazing teacher! His knowledge in this field and the advice he gives is amazing. He makes you step out of your comfort zone and break into a place of beyond your own measures! He is caring and genuinely wants you to succeed!
