Expertise and Knowledge: Mike Roth was a very valuable asset when going through the overwhelming process of buying a house and selling our house that we lived in for 30 years. We were in awe of Mike’s expertise, resources, and knowledge to help us navigate all aspects of the process. He is highly respected in his field and he gets things done quickly and competently.
One example of this: even though it was a holiday weekend when we got an offer on our house, he called all the other realtors who had shown the house, causing a bidding war and ultimately selling it for more than the asking price.

The Roth team really went above and beyond to help us buy our home. Especially while searching, Eric P showed us dozens of properties, shared his knowledge and helped give us the edge to buy the perfect home under market value in an extremely competitive market. After our offer was accepted Eric really kicked it up his efforts even more with smoothing out contingencies and working with contractors to set us nicely. Listing my parents estate with Allen Roth and team was a great decision. Allen was always energetic and always available if I had questions or concerns. He knew how important it was for me to sell and he was nothing but confident and reassuring that we would do so. When we did secure an accepted offer, Diane worked hard to make sure we secured our closing.

I can't say enough exemplary comments about the job the Roth Team did in helping sell my elderly father's two duplexes. After getting no action from another realtor, Allen Roth reached out to me and presented a marketing plan on how to move these difficult properties. The Roth Team made it happen in a most timely fashion, in spite of these difficult times. Every aspect of working with the Roth Team was outstanding starting with presentation, marketing, communication, finding the right contractors for inspections and closing the deal. Allen Roth and Diane the closing coordinator were a pleasure to work with, without reservation I would highly recommend. We will be using the Roth Team again in the future!

Working with Brad to find our home was such a great experience. From the very beginning he was available to answer any questions, and was very quick to respond when we reached out. When houses came on the market that we wanted to see he was always available to see them as soon as possible. Brad was so thorough as we walked through each house, making sure that we understood everything that we were looking at and what that might mean for us as homeowners. When we were ready to put an offer in he advised us on what he thought was a reasonable offer and walked us through all the paperwork. In our case specifically we put offers in on three houses before we had the offer accepted on our house, and Brad continued to help us keep our spirits up and not get discouraged, even though he lost out on several houses we really liked. When we had an offer accepted Brad made sure we knew what all of the final steps were, and at our final walk through before he again was incredibly thorough, making sure that everything was in working order before we closed. I can't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else helping us, and I can't recommend reaching out to Brad enough. My husband and I have already told everyone we know, and now I'm telling you, if you don't work with Brad when you're buying a home you're truly missing out.

We had listed our home with a flatfee realty company in late summer into early fall and didn't have much luck. In the winter, I received a letter from The Roth Team that provided several examples of homes they'd sold within weeks, after languishing on the market for months. I called Mike, he came over, we signed the papers and he gave me some suggestions on sprucing the house up. Not only that, he had people I could call for painting, cleaning, small odd-jobs. The people were available, personable, competent, and their work was reasonably priced. We got the house on the market within a couple of weeks and had an offer in less than a month. The closing was handled by The Roth Team as well. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Almost everything was handled electronically. We received and accepted the offer on our house just as the Safer-at-Home order was issued. In spite of that, all went well.
In terms of purchasing a home, we are relying on The Roth Team as well. I receive updates when there are any changes in home availability in the geographic area where we are looking. Brad meets us at homes that we are interested in seeing, often with less than 24 hours notice. He is always cool about it and identifies things about the home that I would have overlooked. We are still on the journey to find our new home but are confident that The Roth Team will be there when we do!

I reached out to Mike, after having bad experience with my previous realtor. What a difference it was. Mike immediately assessed my property n told me how much I could get and possible time frame n I got the house sold in the same range n time. He was excellent, super customer focused, very prompt, answered all my questions n educated me along the way. And above all Mike is a awesome person.
