Mike and Roth team approached me to sell my house and since the beginning to end, the conservation was always positive and all the tasks are well planned and executed. Being seller, no pressure or no rush because they have been in constant touch with us when they need some information and always provided sufficient information and time to respond. Allen and the Roth Team were fantastic throughout our entire home-buying experience. With it being our first home, Allen took the time to answer our many questions. He truly cared about our home needs, and went out of his way to share extra tips and info with us.

After submitting our offer, I was blown away by how efficient the Roth team was at going through closing.

Our experience looking for a home from out of state was challenging, but the Roth team was encouraging, present, helpful, and made the experience positive the whole way through. They were there with sound advice, were available for our tight schedule during visits in-person, and their communication was phenomenal. We felt supported and like the whole process was viewed as a team effort. What could have felt very stressful and discouraging when we faced hurdles, just felt like part of the journey to getting where we were meant to end up. I would highly recommend Eric , Mike and the Roth team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Mike and the team know their business. Came into the home looked around and gave common sense suggestions on what I should do to make the house more impressive. Nothing too outlandish. Then covered everything on how the process would work, and he ensured that I understood everything.

After that, I needed some help with cleaning, handyman, lawn care so on. The Roth team has all of these people and they acted very quickly.

Process took less than a month and I was very pleased every step of the way. The team, all extremely professional, made a horrible process, selling a house, as easy as possible.

Kudos to the Mike Roth Team. I highly recommend.

I had a house sitting in the market for 6 months with another realtor with no offers. I hired Mike Roth and his team after this bad experience. To my astonishment the house got an offer in less then 24 hours and with a price higher than what I asked for. The whole selling process went on very smooth afterwards thanks to his very talented and professional team. Eric and his supporting staff of Lisa, Nina, Sherry, Lois and Amber did a tremendous job selling our house. There were a few surprises in the process of selling our home but they handled it in a professional and timely manner. Lisa in particular had to coordinate the paperwork between the contractors and us! We had an offer on our house a week after listing it, after waiting for 4 months with a different realtor!

My only regret is not hiring Mike Roth immediately. Our condo was on the market for 4 months with no action. We pulled the listing and planned to wait until spring when Mike called. After speaking with him, I was impressed with his confidence, and we decided to give him the listing. It was sold in 2 days. I have since recommended Mike and the Roth team to 2 friends. The entire team works so cohesively and efficiently. The closing department was fantastic.

I did not have an easy task in front of me with the inheritance of an estate, including a condo filled with things, that I would have only a very limited time to get emptied, cleaned out, and ready for sale. Because I live out of state, I had only very short windows of time, and I needed reliable vendors to help me get this extraordinary undertaking completed in just six months. I simply cannot say enough about how professional Allen and his team were in getting me the help I needed from painters to carpeting. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, and I was able to prepare the condo for sale in no time. The fact that it sold in one week, for above ask, and then closed so efficiently and effectively on a date that worked for me, made my whole time in town doing a tremendously difficult task much more easy and worry-free. I highly recommend the Roth Team for your real estate needs! They were my "real estate family" when I needed them most!
