Catherine is celebrating her 21st year of helping clients build wealth & equity. Catherine Barnett and Team LoanFIT have been our go-to mortgage pros for numerous mortgages and refis over the years in Colorado. When we decided to make a change with an investment property we owned in Arizona, we were sooo happy to hear that Catherine was licensed there as well (in addition to ALL 50 states!)
When I reached out to Catherine to discuss the changes we wanted to make to better fit our investment and future retirement needs, she was, as always, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but she also alerted us to possible tax consequences we hadn’t been aware of and explained what must be done to avoid them.
She and her team worked with us every step of the way in obtaining mortgage financing for a new investment property, but they also helped us carefully navigate the very specific requirements involved in doing a 1031 exchange, all while we were living in another state!
We will continue to recommend Catherine and the LoanFIT team to anyone in need of mortgage-related services!

Catherine and her team are wonderful. I spoke to Catherine in 2022 with no idea how to go about buying our first home. She provided us with guidance and was so supportive of my spouse and I not being sure how to navigate this. We ended up holding off on trying to purchase a home. In 2023 she reached out to us and let us know that there was some unique things happening in the market and that there was a window of time that might help us in purchasing a home. It was so thoughtful how she reached out knowing we had some limitations that made it difficult to buy. From there she had many conversations with us and my parents who were helping us with the process. She is so knowledgable, prompt, patient, and generous with her time. Her team was extremely supportive through the process and collaborated wonderfully with our realtor, who they recommended (we loved our realtor too). LoanFIT is a great team of folks that I would absolutely work with again.

Highly recommend Catherine and her team! She was always very fast to answer my 100 questions and even outside of working hours and there were many to say the least with this being my first home buying experience. She also explained things and answered all my questions at a level I could understand and got me numbers I asked for quick as well while explaining them to me. Overall my experience with Catherine was great and would recommend her to anyone from first time home buyers to veterans in the game.

Additionally I am a veteran and she was able to answer all questions regarding the VA Home loan due to her experience with veterans. ????

She and her team helped me quickly strategize how to do this, including keeping our old place as a rental, then facilitated the entire process. Katherine Barnett (Eusea) is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to her clients. Over several months, I openly and transparently discussed my mortgage needs with her and two other companies. She was determined to earn my business, and she did. The package she put together was better than the Builder and even the credit union. I have used her company before for refinance and they didn't excellent job and have now met my needs to purchase a new home. She is outstanding and has earned all five stars.

There literally are not enough stars to give. This is a long; but necessary one to read. I have had my preferred networks with lenders set for a long time. I don’t go outside my network, usually. A sister of a close friend was in major need for a lender who was up for a refinance, ugly divorce fight. I just happen to meet Catherine and watched her FB for a while. Learning she specializes in this area, I eventually reached out for help. The client didn’t want to sell nor could she afford the current rents. But ugly divorce, house in desperate need of repairs to pass apprasial, and little to no cash or time…this was the mother of all refinances. Catherine stuck it out for so many months, following up with me to let me know how it was going and fighting for this clients homeownership. The soon to be ex had his parents paying his bills and fighting his fights. Catherine was the first person to truly advocate for this client and for what was right, within her professional scope of course. I lost track of hoe long it took. But with all the repairs, legal tape, and emotional drainage, Catherine got this refi to the closing table!!! Yes I missed out on a sale that for sure would have gone the investor special route, I didn’t make a commission. But a newly single woman got to stay in the home she loves, in a now improved condition, and with Catherine as her forever advocate. Divorce doesn’t have to mean everyone loses the home. You need an experienced advocate on your side. You need Catherine.
