I would give Brady more than five stars were it possible. Brady made buying my home so incredibly simple. He was on top of all potential issues and had multiple options for how to address them. He was so prepared that his part of the transaction went through completely seamlessly, and we even closed early, despite some potentially sticky issues with my file. I would recommend Brady hands down for anyone who wants excellent communication, stellar service, and fantastic rates. Not our first time buying a house, but it’s never been so easy, or explained so perfectly before. Ultimately we were blown away by how incredible Brady is! If you want your experience to be stressful - sure go with someone else, but you better factor in extra time for tears and money for therapy. But if you want stress free - go with Brady!
