This was the second property that we’ve bought with Kerri Noonan-Inda. She and her team have shown us several others, as well as.
I’ve sold three properties in the past “By Owner” because my experience has been that most Realtors don’t really do much. Kerri and Sarah have changed my opinion about that. They are prompt, informed, courteous, and utterly professional.
I can’t recommend them more highly. If you’re looking to buy or sell property on the Western Slope, you would be hard pressed to find a better team.

Kerri and Sarah are truly the best. The ultimate dynamic duo! Kerri has the patience of a saint. I had so many questions and wanted to see countless houses that ultimately weren’t “the one,” yet she stayed positive, patient, and encouraging through it all. What really stood out is how well she listened. She paid attention to what would actually work for our family and our lifestyle, and her recommendations were spot on. We saw a lot of homes I thought might work, but the one Kerri recommended ended up being the closest match by far. There’s a reason she makes the suggestions she does, every single one she reached out about was great, and the ones I picked… not so much!
In the end, she found us an off-market lot that will allow us to build exactly what we want, in the neighborhood we dreamed of. The lot itself didn’t bring her much commission, but you’d never know it from the effort she put in, she gave us just as much time, attention, and care as if we were buying a high-end home. She was always quick to respond to emails and questions, and more importantly, she (and Sarah) are just kind, genuine human beings.
