Randy was a pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. He risked his life demonstrating the safety features of the QX60--although, I don't recommend other salesmen to do the same. He definitely knows his product well.

He patiently show all the features of the car. After all the paperworks, he took extraordinary care to setup the car for my wife and myself. I am coming back to Randy for my Q50.

My family had a great experience working with Randy to purchase a 2018 QX60. I had communicated with a few other Infiniti dealerships before coming to Peninsula but knew I would do the deal with them after meeting Randy.

Randy has a transparent, patient and relaxed style which helped make our car-buying process stress-free. He was also very well-informed about the vehicle we were interested in and clearly explained how its various features functioned. He went beyond the call of duty by spending 45 minutes with my wife and I after we had closed the deal to ensure we understood everything about our new car (in fact, the dealership was closed and Randy was the last employee there!). We truly appreciated that. It shows Randy genuinely wants his customers to enjoy their new vehicle.

My family couldn't be happier with our QX60 and with Randy. We will definitely be coming back to him in the future next time we're in the market for a vehicle. Thanks Randy!

Randy was great. We have already purchased one vehicle two years ago through Randy at infinity. He made it easy and haggle free. This time we needed to lease a vehicle for our daughter in Illinois. Randy gave us tons of information to help us figure out which car to lease and how to negotiate the lease in Illinois. He gave us this info thinking that we would not be leasing through him, but we trusted his opinion. In the end we ended up leasing a vehicle through Randy and saved airfare and time.
In a matter of a few hours we leased a better vehicle than planned for a better price and got it shipped to Illinois. We saved money. Thanks again!

Simply put he is brilliant. Here is a summary of what you can expect especially of you are (a) busy (b) definitely in the market for a car and not just kicking tires:

1. Randy Knows his cars! He also knows the competition and will not bash them but will explain the differences when it comes to the key features you are looking for!
2. He listens to what you need.
3. He does not hard sell.
4. He shows you all the important features of the car. I saw other car show rooms and the guys selling were old, did not know what was important to me, did not ask and did not know the competition.
5. Randy took his time and was never in a hurry.
6. Randy pre-sales attention is great but his post-sales attention is GREAT. Follow up, taking my random calls on BT issues while he was away was brilliant (thx btw).
7. We negotiated the car in 2 rounds (20 mins). I'm busy and I appreciated that. He had me in our new car and out of the door in 2 hours.
8. If you want an Infiniti, ask for Randy. I'm sure the other guys are great, BUT you will LOVE Randy.

Randy understands the true meaning of the word sales. The word sales comes from an old Icelandic word, “selja” which means quite simply, “to give great service. And that is what Randy provided to me, great service. He had great automotive knowledge, but more importantly he listened to me and only after he understood what I was looking for did he show me, which automobiles would exceed my requirements and expectations. Randy did not pressure me, instead he just explained to me which vehicles and options satisfied my needs and requirements. It was such a pleasure to work with Randy because his great service started before I even purchased my new Infiniti. I highly recommend Randy for anyone that enjoys working with someone that cares about them and will support them in understanding the right automobile for their needs, and do so without any pressure.

Randy was the best in closing my lease on the JX60. He was a no pressure salesman who let me consider more than one car and drive them all before deciding. I'm happy to be driving what is our 5th infiniti in the last 11 years. Can't go wrong with peninsula infiniti or Randy.

I bought my car through Randy Salzman! He was so helpful and very detailed when he was explaining all the questions I had for my Infiniti! He was personable and made it easy to talk to him. When it was time to buy the car, Randy was so patient and diligent as he was asking his manager for what I was quoting for. I finally made a deal and bought the car. I love my new car and thanks to Randy with his patience and being on our side as far as getting the car I wanted at a reasonable price, he did a fantastic job. Anyone that comes across Randy will agree with what I have said above.

Recently purchased our second car in a row from Randy... and our next will probably be with him too -- he's incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, the aftermarket service is superb (even from him as a salesperson, although he's backed up by super-friendly, extremely-helpful service staff), and somehow he always does what is most convenient and helpful for the customer.
We've recommended two friends to buy cars here and they also are extremely satisfied customers. It doesn't hurt that Infiniti makes state-of-the-art cars at "relatively" affordable prices (considering their competition), either...

Randy is a great salesman. He is patient, knowledgeable, very helpful and listens to what your needs are. He is not a high-pressure sales person and lets the deal/negotiations continue at the customer's comfort level.
This is the third Infiniti we have purchased at Peninsula Infiniti and all our purchases have been good, but this was the most stress free of them all. f

I leased a 2017 Q50 Red Sport from Randy. He took the time to go over most (the important ones) of the features/commands of the car. He's very knowledgable with his products, not pushy, responsive, and is competitive when it comes to pricing --- he gave me such a good deal (against 4 other competitors) that I drove 2 hours (each way) just to get that deal. Randy was incredibly knowledgeable about the car we wanted (a Q50 Hybrid) and spent a lot of time demoing the car and making sure that we understood the car and that it fit our needs. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. We felt no pressure from him. We went home, thought about it, and decided to buy the car. We went back the next week and Randy spent about another hour with us and the car that we purchased. This was an amazing sales experience!
