I came in with a flat tire after hitting a huge pothole on Lake Shore Dr. Mario checked immediately to find out if there was a replacement tire in stock. Luckily there was. He kept me posted on the progress of installing the new one. He made a trying situation relatively painless and easy. Bravo to Mario.

Mario was such a great help! I was rushing from work to a meeting and a light popped up on my dash. I was due for service anyway so I was hoping I could just drop off my BMW, get a loaner, and be on my way. I arrived just before the end of the day and they didn't have any loaners cars left but Mario even offered to drive me to my destination because of the inconvenience (and my tight schedule). He also called to update me on all the work that was done the next day before picking it up.

Mario was very polite and helpful which made a stressful day not so bad. He also checked in a few weeks later to make sure my car was running well. That type of service is one of the many reasons I am a BMW owner.

Having purchased a used BMW M3 from out of state, I didn't know what to expect servicing my car under warranty at Perillo. However, Mario was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. He was even helpful enough to brief me on some of the information I would have received had I purchased the car new. He voluntarily printed the entire service history for my car. Do not hesitate to entrust Mario with your servicing needs.

I just moved here from Cali and went to perillo for an oil change and Mario destefano greeted me immediately and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. A month later I came back for service on my vehicle and mr destefano greeted me immediately by my first name! I'm very impressed and didn't feel like just another service customer! he answered all my questions and set me up w a courtesy vehicle. I thought I had great relationship with the service dept in California at South Bay bmw, but I'm much more comfortable as a women to walk into your service dept with confidence due to Mario's exemplary attitude! I was on vacation in Mexico when I remembered my car needed service for an engine issue. I could only email from Mexico, and was pleasantly surprised that Mario got back to me via email immediately, and he made all of the arrangements so I could come in as soon as I returned. He got me an appointment, a loaner car, and great service. As long as I drive a BMW, I will get it serviced at Perillo and hopefully, Mario will be my service agent. Ask for him by name when you drive up and consider your issues handled.

Mario has been phenomenal to work with. He is courteous and detail oriented. He does his research and sometimes does so on his day off which is going beyond. I am glad that I have him to work at Perillo.
