That kind of service continued throughout the time that he assessed our credentials and waited for our new home to be built. Despite a slightly disorganized builder, Ron managed to be ready with our mortgage funds when this builder wanted to close our house transaction in a slightly speedier time frame. Ron was amazing. Everyone told me how painful the loan process was going to be. That this was the hardest part of buying a house. Well let me tell you, this was the EASIEST part. Poor Ron, I kept calling making sure everything was ok, because I DIDNT hear from him. He worked so hard behind the seen that he didn't need to call me 15 times a day for more questions.
