Lisa and Adrianne did a phenomenal job on our refinance! We worked together for nearly a full year while waiting for the right combination of appraisal value and loan amount before we pulled the trigger. I have been in the real estate arena for 30 years. I have worked with numerous/various types of lenders, loan officers, credit unions, banks, etc. LISA IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE!!!

On the surface, my loan request was kind of simple. However, prior to working with Lisa, I encountered frustration working with other lenders, due to some nuances and complexities of my income. I recently referred a client to Lisa to explore lending options for the purchase of a new home. She quickly had him approved and we began looking for a house to replace their condominium. In a very short amount of time we had a cash buyer for the condo, an accepted offer on their dream home and I handed Lisa a VERY ambitious closing timeline. Without skipping a beat Lisa made magic happen and in the 30 minutes between the moving van rolling away from the condo and arriving at the new house, the loan funded and I was able to hand over the keys to my client. Lisa is the best!
