We worked with Sue for many months as we attempted to purchase a home in San Francisco. We never met her in person, yet she was always available to us for assistance. She wrote many a loan agreement on a Sunday evening for us after attending open houses only to find out bids were due the next day. She did a wonderful job explaining all the different loan options available to us, and walking us through all of the steps inherent in home loan financing.
The bidding process was brutal, as is the case in the bay area, but our bids always got noticed. We were consistently told our paperwork was among the cleanest of the people bidding. Unfortunately, our bids weren't quite high enough. However, we were invited on more than one occasion to be the backup bid on a house, mainly due to how easy it would be for the paperwork to go through. I credit Sue's efforts for much of that, along with our Realtor.
When we finally found the home we really wanted, Sue was there and really pulled everything together to get us a great financing deal based upon our individual financial situation. She helped us close the deal with the buyers and we now own our own home. Once in escrow, she was there explaining how the process would work and kept us informed of what was coming so we would never be surprised. The deal closed cleanly and exactly as she said it would.
I have already recommended Sue to coworkers who are considering looking for loans. We shopped around and found Princeton's rates some of the lowest on the market, including against out-of-state brokers. But having an ally like her on our side while bidding would be more than enough for me to recommend her to others. In the unpleasant business of bay area house bidding, Sue is a true bright spot. Thanks for all you did for us Sue!
