Before listing our home, we met with Mark at his office. He prepared for us a strategic pricing analysis on the value of our home. This comprehensive booklet compared our home with others and helped us to decide on the listing price. Mark guided us through the process of selling our home: how to prepare the house for inspections, respond to multiple offers, even helping us learn how to sign paperwork on the computer. Mark did a fabulous job on the multiple sales listing which went on the internet right away. The photos were great, the text honest and appealing, attracting buyers.
