Give clear and frankly opinion. if a house is not good, he will say not to buy a new move on. he has excellent MLS website and good staff. From finding exactly what I was looking for and also went to homes that I picked out that weren’t the best, to finding the mortgage companies or banks that dealt with the crazy places I wanted to buy. I was most impressed early on when he helped us make the decision not to buy a house we really wanted.
