OMG...where do I start? I had been trying to sell my home for YEARS! (Using other realtors who fell short). Finally I got Pat seelye as my agent. He did it and I got my full asking price! I wish I had him as my buyers agent when I first purchased up in the North Country. It is only now I realize how important a great agent is. He is so extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed and on the right path to selling. I was far from an easy client and yet we kept laughing through the whole difficult ordeal of selling a home in a difficult location and a difficult market. Can't say enough great things about the man!
