Cannot say enough amazing things about Karin! She made the home buying process easy and seamless. Not only did she answer my questions in a timely manner, but she truly cared and spent endless hours at all hours of the day on the phone with me to make sure I understood every part of the buying process. She wrote an amazing offer, and we won on the second offer we put through! We were previously looking for a house for over a year a year with another agent. She is creative with her offers! The day we closed she went above and beyond! She decorated our entrance to our new home with rose petals and confetti, provided goodies and even sent us brownies in the mail! She is truly thoughtful and amazing at what she does. Cannot wait to have her over to our new house to celebrate!
