Sylvia was great to work with. Although we only got to work with her for a short time (we were lucky to find our home soon after meeting Silvia , she was great to work with and made purchasing a home easy. She was there every step of the way and able to link us up with with great professionals in the area for things like inspections and other things we needed. I can’t recommend her enough!

When we started working with Silvia, she was just about to head out on an extended vacation but referred us to her professional partner. Her partner was wonderful with helping us choose houses to view and setting up appointments for us to visit the houses. She also helped us submit an offer on a house and get the inspection done. Once Silvia returned from her trip, she helped us finish the process of purchasing our new home. This was our first home-buying experience, so my husband and I had a lot of questions and anxiety, but Silvia and her partner were patient and reassuring and helped us work out the complicated process.

Since buying our house 2 years ago, Silvia continues to be of assistance to us whenever we need a recommendation for a contractor. She also sends us useful monthly newsletters and occasionally stops by just to see how we are doing. She is a very warm and friendly person!

Silvia is amazing. She was there for us whenever we needed her during our search for a new home. What I appreciated the most, however, is that she is very honest. Silvia was our real estate agent when we bought our home last summer (2017). She was invaluable during this fickle purchase. She was readily available and she identified and steered us safely through several major issues, including the last minute addition of a new septic tank. Silvia did a wonderful job selling my parents home. She was kind and attentive and very efficient. She had to communicate with multiple family members and was very patient with us all :). Silvia is someone who relies on relationships to grow her business and it shows. She always got back to us in a timely manner and answered any questions we had. Silvia was incredible. She made the experience of selling my home less stressful. She walked me through the process and then stayed on top of things without being intrusive or pushy. She was very available and supportive. She is an expert in the field and it shows. Most important in my book, she is trustworthy. I never had to question anything she told me. I felt safe in her hands. She even helped me to find a new real estate agent where I was moving to!

We have known Silvia for many years since she helped us buy our house in 2005 in Brighton, prior to which she helped my brother buy his house also in Brighton. She was definitely instrumental in getting us our first house since there were other buyers and competition was high during the first day of showing. Silvia's negotiation expertise and great client service management carried the day and we got the house that we really wanted!

In 2016 when it came to moving to Charlotte, NC, and we decide to sell, Silvia was the only choice!. Although it was late in the season when she put the house up for sale in mid July, her market knowledge and skills carried the day again:-), we accepted an offer in early October.

Sylvia was the real estate agent we used to sell our home years ago. She was fantastic then and we were thrilled to be able to purchase a home with her recently. We always felt like she had our best interest at heart. I would recommend Sylvia to anyone that is looking to buy or sell!

It is not possible to put into words how amazing Silvia is as a person or as a realtor, but I will try my best.

A family member referred Silvia to my wife and I around Nov. 2015. We were living in California and wanted to move back to Rochester. We told Silvia we were looking for a new build - less than a week later Silvia sent me dropbox folders for five new subdivisions. Each folder contained a spec list, videos of her walking/driving through each area, and a detailed Word doc outlining the pros and cons of each subdivision. Silvia's presentation of the material was amazing and incredibly detailed. After a few more conversations, my wife and I felt confident in reserving a lot with a local builder.

Not wanting to buy sight unseen, however, we agreed to fly out and see the subdivision in person. Loving what we saw, we signed the contract with the builder shortly thereafter. After signing, the builder gave us a list of subcontractors we should meet before we leave. Even though she didn't have to, Silvia accompanied us to each sub to ensure we maximized our short time in the area. Her amazing taste and calm demeanor were invaluable during that time and prevented my wife and I from feeling totally overwhelmed by the process.

Over the next 6 months of the build, Silvia was there to listen and counsel when things got difficult or stressful. Knowing she was in our corner was always amazing and felt like we had a secret weapon or an ace up our sleeve. Using her 28+ years of experience and connections in the area, Silvia always ensured that we came out on top.

Looking back over the last nine months, my wife and I feel blessed Silvia has been our realtor throughout the whole home buying process. Silvia is a credit to her profession and an amazing person. Our success is a testament to her tenacity and excellence and we truly feel we could not have bought our home without her.

Silvia is a seasoned, knowledgeable realtor. Faced with a property in an extreme state of distress (from a pair of horrible renters thate were evicted), she managed a complete and rapid turn around of the property, listing and selling it in remarkable time. We were struggling to pay the mortgage on a property that had been rendered uninhabitable until Silvia showed up at our door. She is exceptional.

With the help of Silvia, I was able to sell my single family house during the non-peak season. I was worried the property would not be sold and she reassured me with her confidence and experience. She was willing to answer my questions without hesitation, since this was my first home bought and now first home sold. She made the process pretty seamless, I did not have to worry about the next step since she kept me up-to-date. Silvia was a pleasure to work with and she provides great hospitality for clients.

Silvia is sweat as honey :). She is very responsive and has all the right connections when you run into the unexpected. For my situation Silvia was able to put me in touch with a firm that was able to perform an elevation certificate as well as get the eLOMA completed in less than two weeks.

My husband and I moved to the Rochester area from the west coast, and Silvia made our relocation process exceptionally smooth. We decided to work with Silvia for her great references on Zillow, and we are so glad we did. It was one of the best decisions that we made in our life! Silvia has almost 30 years of experiences and is very knowledgeable not only about the area but also about all the small details about house conditions and real estate transactions that people woun't normally know unless they have lived in the area for a long time PLUS unless they have handled real estate transactions of various homes more than a couple of decades. Moving from the west (California), my husband and I were not sure what additionak things to check when viewing homes here besides what we do in California - for example, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, roof tear off, various materials that people from California are not familiar...etc. I'm sure that compared to her other customers, we probably had way more questions about too many basics that locals would've known already, but Silvia always answered every single question very clearly with additional details. Her answers were always very thorough and prompt. When we were viewing multiple homes, she always pointed out all the details that we should take a look from tiny water marks on ceilings to all kinds of conditions of basements. She always commented on both positive and negative aspects of every home and was very honest about her opinions. She also pointed out things to consider for resale value even when all other conditions seemed perfect. For example, if the road noise was too loud or if the location was too remote ...etc.

As we were ready to make offers, she gave us the best advice each time we made offers. BTW, she never rushed us to make offers unless it was really necessary - e.g., when she knew the property is in such good conditions and is priced right that it will be taken by other buyers very soon. When other buyers made offers to the same property, she knew exactly how competitive it would be and suggested the appropriate range. At first, we didn't follow her advice even though she repeatedly reminded us how competitive the bid was, so we lost the bid. At our second offer, we followed her advice and got our offer accepted. Silvia worked closely with the seller's agent very hard and made it work!

We traveled to the area only twice and had only two or three days to see the homes, but she arranged our tours so efficiently and was always willing to spend extra time to show us more. In between and after the trips, she frequently followed up on new listings and our entire transaction so professionally. Wherever we were, she handled our inquiries so promptly in a very clear manner.

Both my husband and I STRONGLY recommend Silvia to anyone. She is exceptionally professional, honest, dedicated, and smart with great expertise, and we have never met any real estate professional who is as good as her. If you get to work with her, make sure you just follow her advice and you'll get a home you want. We truly enjoyed working with Silvia and appreciate all her work!!
