Elva Palmer started her career in real estate 27 years ago when she moved to Arizona in 1992. She started as a receptionist at Realty Executives, became a licensed real estate assistant to one of the valley’s top real estate agents, then made her move over to Security Title Agency in 2002 where she was promoted to branch manager in 2012. In 2017, Elva and her team joined the Crossroads branch of Security Title agency, where she specialized in residential sales, refinances, carry-backs, short sales and foreign sellers. Her attention to detail is paramount in ensuring that every client’s experience has been personalized for them.
