I am an out of the area agent. Victoria Smith handled our transaction rather well, but the transaction overall was soured by a lingering, out-of-touch lender and title company for a preceding contingent sale that dragged our closing out. The transaction would have been a bit less tense had I received more frequent spontaneous communication even if the answer was that there was nothing new from that other title company. No one in our transaction was at fault.
