Without a doubt, the most tenacious and determined seller's agent I have ever worked with in my life. The home I was trying to sell turned out to be a difficult administrative task due to issues that dated back with the property going back nearly 20 years that I was unaware of. I am convinced that these hurdles, that were primarily related to the transition of a low income housing development into what is now one of the more desirable areas in the western side of the Denver metro area, would have been insurmountable to a lesser agent who would have either given up or encouraged me to sell the property at a much lower price.

Diane never let go and never lost her focus - which was to help me sell the property for the fairest and best price for me and to create a situation where both me and the buyer felt that we had both come away on the positive end of the deal.

I have no regrets whatsoever about engaging Diane to sell my property. In fact, the only regret I have is that at this particular time I don't have other property to sell - but if/when I do - I can guarantee that I will call her to help me. It was a challenging experience ( through no fault at all of Diane ) that turned out to be the most positive real estate experience I have ever been involved in on either the sell or buy side - and for that Diane deserves every ounce of the credit.
