I am so glad my colleague referred Rita to me. I don't think I can find a real estate agent better than her. I am a first time buyer. I did not know anything about real estate before I made the first call to Rita. She invited me to her office and spent two hours to give me fundamentals of how to be a good buyer. She never pushed me to make offer. After a few open houses, I became sort of impatient because of sellers' market. Rita kept telling me that I should not push myself so hard and there would be a dream house out there for me. She helped me on learning how to find out whether a house is worth to buy or not. She spent the whole night with me to go through every detail on the contact. It is a great learning process for a first time buyer like me.
I was once interested in buying a new property from builder such that Rita cannot get commission. Even though, Rita is still willing to help me analyze the pros and cons of the property and offered me lots of advises. I did not buy that property because I failed in lottery. I really appreciate the way Rita treats client. I don't feel I am her client, but friend.
Btw, Rita's husband is so good at cooking steak. I ate the best steak I ever had in Rita's beautiful house.

I highly recommend Don Jessup and his office. Our short sale ended up having some complications beyond our control, and Don navigated through the process with expertise, professionalism, and aplomb. He constantly had our best interests in mind, and despite the complications (again, out of his control) was able to negotiate a very good outcome for us. He really knows his stuff, which in the world of dealing with banks and the short sale process is really important. I felt totally confident knowing that we were working with someone who knew the ins and outs of the whole process, as well as how to deal with each individual bank. Don and his office were always very courteous and friendly with us and helped us through a difficult process. If you are in a short sale, go with Don.
